We are closing the practice list to new registrations from September 2024
Hightown Surgery have taken this decision due to exceptional circumstances.
This decision is for the protection and clinical safety of our existing patients.
Exceptions
We will continue to accept registrations from people who meet the following criteria:-
- New babies born or adopted to registered patients.
- Young people who were previously registered who are returning from university
- Existing patients who move within the boundary
Please note that submitting an application for registration does not guarantee you will be registered at Hightown Surgery.
